The Problem: Modern teams are often forced to switch between document editors and separate messaging apps, leading to context loss and scattered feedback. This disconnected workflow slows down decision-making and makes it difficult to maintain a single source of truth for complex projects.
The Solution: I engineered CollabHub to eliminate isolated workspace contexts. By embedding a real-time WebSocket-powered chat gateway directly into every document, I created a unified environment where work and conversation live together. Built with NestJS and Redis, the system ensures lightning-fast data syncing and secure, role-based access for growing organizations.
VerseFlow: Real-Time Bible Transcription & Display System
The Problem: In high-stakes live environments, church media teams often struggle to keep visual displays synchronized with spontaneous preaching, leading to delays and congregation disconnect.
The Solution: I engineered a low-latency, human-in-the-loop system that uses AI speech recognition to detect Bible verses in real time. By combining an automated listener with a one-tap confirmation dashboard, I reduced the verse-to-screen delay to under 5 seconds, ensuring the media team remains fast, accurate, and in total control. The Problem: Most AI content tools produce generic, robotic text that fails to capture a creator’s unique personality. For professionals, this means spending more time editing AI output than actually creating.
